The Brass Spoon

Re-opening: May 3, 2024

A café in an idyllic oasis, prefect for an outdoor picnic with family and friends. The Brass Spoon Café, launched in September 2021 is a Food Truck that celebrates culinary diversity with food. We also support a Syrian women led award-winning business, Tayybeh. Tayybeh's products including appetizers are used and served at our Café. 

Our café is known for flavorful wraps, Mango Lassi, Snow Cones, Samosas and more.... Whether you’re in need of a delicious bite or just don’t have time to sit and eat, we've got you covered. We have plant based and meat options available.

Everything is made fresh with most of the produce sourced locally. We make soup broth from scratch during the soup season.

Being conscious about the environment, we are continuously making an effort to reduce food waste. Since the day the cafe was launched, we have been encouraging our customers to pre-order. This has helped us understand the amount of food to be prepared and has resulted in reduction of food waste. We are also making efforts to reduce use of plastic containers. We are proud to be carrying and using plastic free lids (since 2021) for our coffee cups. The lids are made of bamboo. Most of our meal boxes are also made from bamboo.
